ALVA J. M"Cullough Alva J. McCullough, 73 of 2440 McCoy Avenue, died yesterday at the General Hospital where he had been a patient a week. Mr. McCullough was born in Tabor, Ia. and lived here 25 years. He was a retired employee of the dietary department of the General Hospital. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Iva M. McCullough of the home; a son, Richard J. McCullough, Pomona, N. J.; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Jo Hancock, 712 West Seventy-sixth terrace, and Mrs. Dorothy Marshall, Bethany, Mo.; a stepson, William O'Toole, 500 Oakley avenue, and two grandchildren.
