Zurek, Shirley Jane [sic - Jean] Mar 24, 1931 - May 14, 2017 Preceded in death by husband, Eugene D. Zurek, Sr.; parents, Frank and Monica Welniak; sisters, Kathy McFarlin and Linda Welniak; great-grandsons, Miles and Isaiah Mech. Survived by children: Susan Slezak, Gene Zurek, Jr. (Karen), Terry Zurek (Shelley), and Kathy Sindelar (Russ); ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother, William Welniak (Ellie); brother-in-law, Lyle McFarlin. The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 16th from 5pm to 7pm, with VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm at the Bel Air Chapel, 12100 W. Center Rd. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Wednesday, May 17th at 11am at St. Thomas More Catholic Church. Interment, St. John Cemetery in Bellevue.
