Ann Fields, 96, Hopkinsville, died at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 6, 2017, at Covington's Convalescent Center of natural causes. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Lamb Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Dale Combs officiating. Burial will be at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West. A native of Delta County, Texas, she was born Aug. 25, 1920, the daughter of the late William Amber Cockrum and Ethel May Girod Cockrum. She had been a seamstress at Hopkinsville Clothing and was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Fields, and a son, Larry Robnett. Survivors include her daughter, Judy (Herman) Turner, Christian County; her son, Troy (June) Robnett, Hopkinsville; five grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
