Parents: Albert Eugene Miller Rose Marie Miller Children: Russell Miller Alicia Miller Grandchildren: Alyssa Smith Evelyn Smith Rose Miller Andrew Miller Siblings: Catharine Miller Carol Miller Rusty was the 2nd of 3 children. He weighed 6lbs 3oz when he was born. He graduated from Lake Arrowhead High School in 1970. Rusty married Pamela Fowler on April 14, 1973 in San Bernardino, California. They had 2 children together and then later divorced. Rusty worked as a motorcycle mechanic and later owned his own pesticide company in North Carolina. He later retired in Tennessee and suffered a severe stroke on Thanksgiving day. Rusty was very hardworking and generous. He would give you the shirt off of his back. Rusty had a deep love for God and his friends and family will miss him deeply.
