Juanita Johnston Funeral services for Mrs. Juanita Johnston, 62, were held at 1:30 p.m., Monday, January 15, 1990 from the Forestlawn Chapel. Rev. Randy Creel and Rev. A. R. Vaughn officiated. Interment was made in the Hopewell Cemetery in Scott County. Mrs. Johnston passed away Saturday, January 13, at the Scott County Nursing Home in Morton, MS. She was a member of the Independence Methodist Church and had lived in Scott County for a number of years. Survivors include, husband, Noble Johnston, Forest, MS, one daughter, Nan Coleman, Irving, TX, two sons, Willie Johnston, Lake, MS, Eblon Johnston, Pearl, MS and Teddy Lee Johnston, who preceded in death. Six grandchildren. , Pallbearers were Mike Coleman, Bobby Coleman, Phillip Harris, Roland Harris, Ronnie Gates, and Rex Moore. Forestlawn Funeral Home in Forest was in charge of arrangements.
