Mary G. Murray, age 94, was born April 4, 1923, in Roland, Texas, to her parents, Mattie and Albert Botsford. Mary passed away surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, April 8, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Henry Botsford and Mattie Rose Botsford; loving husband, Hal Murray; son, Benny Hemphill; sister, Neva Littrell; brothers, Obie, Ray, and Roy Botsford. Mary is survived by her loving son, Danny Hemphill and his wife, Sharon Hemphill; sister, Ona Majors; grandchildren, Todd Hemphill and his wife, Shelley Hemphill, Julie Hemphill, Clint Hemphill and his wife, Angela Hemphill, and Christina Mathews; and great grandchildren, Jacob, Joshua, and Jonathan Hemphill, Colton and Cayla Hemphill, and Candence, Molly, and Nathan Mathews. Mary was a long-time member of Hillcrest Baptist Church in Cedar Hill, Texas. Funeral services are 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 15, 2017, at Jaynes Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Little Bethel Memorial Park, Duncanville, TX.
