Funeral services for Rose Maxine Bryant, 85, of Edmond were Tuesday at Memorial Road Church of Christ in Edmond. Burial was at Gracelawn Cemetery in Edmond. Arrangements were under the direction of Guardian West Funeral Home. Bryant was born Nov. 28, 1920, in Henryetta. She died Sunday, Nov. 26, 2006, in Edmond. Bryant grew up in Krebs and attended McAlester High School. She worked at the ammunition depot in McAlester and at the Pentagon during World War II. She was preceded in death by her parents, Len and Emma Wooten. Survivors include her husband, S.R. Bryant; daughters, Emma Magee and Diane Gordon, both of Edmond; son, Kinney Bryant of Oklahoma City; a brother, James Wooten; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Christian Services of Oklahoma, 1300 E. 15th, 140, Edmond, OK 73013.
