Obituary: Marilyn A. Houfek, 68, Merriam, KS passed away at home, Tuesday, January 23, 2007. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 A.M. Friday January 26, 2007 at St. Pius X Catholic Church, Mission, KS. Burial will be Saturday, January 27, 2007 at 2 P.M. at Clarkson Catholic Cemetery in Clarkson, NE. Marilyn is survived by her husband Gerald of the home. Three daughters, Robin (Russ) Robertson of Lawrence, KS, Kathy (Dennis) McNeil of Winston Salem, NC, Beth Houfek of Overland Park, KS, and four sons Keith (Anna) Houfek, Christopher Houfek, Douglas(Cindy) of Jackson, MI, Craig (Sherri) Houfek of Olathe, KS two sisters, Eileen Pavel and Deanne Fairfield three brothers Ervin, Norbert, and James eleven grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.
