John A. McCartney John A. McCartney, 63, of Paisley died Tuesday (March 12, 2002). Born in Clinton, Mo., he moved to Paisley in 1972. He was a machine mechanic and a member of St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church, Eustis. He was an Air Force veteran and a member of American Legion, Post 21, Umatilla. Survivors include his mother, Laura McCartney of Clinton, Mo.; two sons, John A. McCartney III of Summerfield, Pa., and Mark A. McCartney of Paisley; daughter, Judy M. McCoy of Elgin, S.C.; brother, Francis McCartney of Clinton, Mo.; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis.
