Bio

Lillie was the son of John Dugger and Nancy Frodge. Prior to 1926 she married (?) Huesman. He died and on 18 Jun 1926 she married Ray Armendt. They divorced and on 13 Jan 1936 she married Joseph Hess. Lillie died at her home, 2138 Bank Street, at the age of 64.
