Nancy Chavers Zaky, 65, of Brenham, passed away on February 22, 2017, at home with her best friend Edna Stewart by her side. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m., Friday, March 3, 2017, at Prairie Lee Cemetary. Nancy Ann was born in El Paso, Texas, to the late William Cyla Chavers and Doris Marie Magee Chavers. She was a graduate of UT El Paso. Nancy will be remembered as a kind and loving person with a generous heart who touched those around her. Survivors include her daughter, Tamara Wilhelm; brothers, Raymond Chavers and wife, Leah, of Rochester, MN, Floyd Chavers and wife, Esther, of Eden, TX, and Herb Chavers and wife, Suzette, of Riverside, CA; sister, Barbara Chavers and Wes Copeland, of Shelbyville, TX; several nieces and nephews; best friend, Edna Stewart, and Edna's children, Katy Knott, of San Antonio, Jericho Stewart, of Vineyard, UT, Aaron Stewart and Candace Stewart, of Copperas Cove, TX, and Nathan Stewart, of Killeen, TX.
