David Glenn Pavelka 61 passed away Monday, January 12, 2015. David was born February 27, 1953 in Waco, Texas to Edwin J. and Leona Klish Pavelka. He married Tamera Ann Anderson in Ogden, Utah on September 15, 1979. David served his country in the Air Force. Surviving are his wife Tamera, children: Jamiee P. Bumpers, Brigham City; David S. Pavelka, Brigham City, James E. Pavelka, No. Ogden; 18 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Also siblings: Paul Pavelka, Michele Aranda and Carol Conklin. Preceded in death by his parents and a sister Carolyne. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, January 17, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Henrys Catholic Church, 380 S. 200 E., Brigham City, UT.
