The Rev. Regis Watts will conduct funeral services, 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church and Cemetery. Her body will lie in state after 1 p.m. Tuesday at McKown Funeral Chapel where Scripture Service is set for 7 p.m Tuesday and Third Order rosary at 7:30 p.m. Daughter of the late John G. and Anna Kohn Scharff, she was born May 16, 1885 at Hamilton, Ore., but spent most of her life in this area. She attended District 3 school near Columbus and was married to Frank Loeffler Aug. 6, 1913 in Columbus. Except for a number of years at Cedar Rapids and Burwell, they lived here. She was a member of St. Bonaventure Church, Third Order of St. Francis, Christian Mothers, Fr. Flanagan's Mothers Club and Franciscan Missionary Union. Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Louis (Mary) Miksch Sr. of Columbus, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband and the following brothers and sisters: Paul, Kathryn, Ann, Lena, Elizabeth, John, Peter and George Scharff. Pallbearers will be Marvin Peterson, Don Loeffler, Eugene Bernt, Art Miksch, Paul Scharff, Louis Miksch Jr.
