C. Von Struwe Weds a daughter of the Alamo. One by one the young bachelors of Brenham are forsaking the ranks of single forlornness and establishing homes of their own. As a rule Brenham girls are selected for these housekeeping arrangements, because, as all the world knows, they are as a rule the fairest and best home makers in all the land. There are exception to all rules of course. One of these felicitious arrangements above alluded to was consummated at San Antonio Sunday last when Prof. H. C. von Struwe , a teacher of German in the Brenham High School, was married to Miss Cora Fuchs , a most charming representative of the Alamo City. The coveted and cove[-?-]ianted blessing having been received the groom, accompanied by his bride, returned to Brenham Tuesday afternoon, and will set up house keeping at an early date. The BANNER rejoices over the auspicious day that has come into the life of our most esteemed pedagogue, a worthy and popular young man, and heartily joins with the company of sincere well wishers."
