They were with one other boy and three girls that had gone on an outing. They had parked near the reservoir and the group slipped underneath a 10ft chain link fence and then over a 2nd barrier, they came out near the north spillway of the lake. One of the boys fell in and the other boy went in to rescue.An hour later deputies were summoned by the others, bringing the boys back with grappling hooks. The other boy who drowned was William Jackson, age 17, the other teenagers named were between the ages of 14 and 17. link to article
