Betty L. (Baxter) Tuttle age 89 of Rockwell City, Iowa formerly of Blair, Nebraska died January 18, 2017 in Rockwell City, Iowa. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday January 21 at Rose Hill Cemetery, Orum, Nebraska. Betty L. Tuttle was born on July 31, 1927 in Blair, Nebraska to LeRoy and Margaret Baxter. She was raised in Blair and graduated from Blair High School. When Betty was 19 she married Vern Tuttle and were blessed with four children. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, husband Vern Tuttle, granddaughter Crystal Peters, brother Bill Baxter, sisters Dorothy Baxter and Iris Hewitt. She is survived by her four children: Cheryl Bell, Patricia Garretson, John Tuttle and James (Sandra) Tuttle; sister Maxine (Bob) Lange, Marjorie Tuveson; 10 grandchildren, many great and great great grandchildren.
