Merle is the son of Charles & Lucille (Svoboda) Danaher Bruckmuller Retired Computer Programmer, Graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas High School in 1969, David City and Lincoln School of Commerce (Kaplan University). He was a member of Metro Community Church, Omaha. Merle loved to travel and loved animals of which he rescued many. Graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas High School (1969), David City and Lincoln School of Commerce (Kaplan University). He was a member of Metro Community Church, Omaha. Merle loved to travel and loved animals of which he rescued many. Family members include his mother, Lucille Brauckmuller; brothers, Patrick (Marsha), Robert, Tom, Bill and Jim; sisters, Mary and Diane; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and extended family. Preceded in death by father, Charles; infant brother, Kevin; and lifetime partner, Glen Barritt. Memorial Service: 11:00 a.m. Saturday (1-14-17) Metro Community Church, 819 South 22nd, Omaha, NE.
