Busa, 91, of Navasota died Saturday, April 19, 2008, at her home. A funeral mass will be celebrated 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church with the Rev. Edward C. Kucera Jr. and pastor of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Plantersville as the celebrant. The rite of committal will follow in St. Stanislaus Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12 to 4 p.m. Monday, April 21, at Lindley-Robertson-Holt Funeral Home and continue from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Anderson, where a parish rosary and vigil service will take place at 7 p.m. with her son, Walter, presiding. Martha was born August 1, 1916, in Anderson, Texas, to Lee and Nellie Oberdorcz Podraza. A lifelong resident of Grimes County, she was also a lifelong member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church where she was a member of the Altar Society, the Holy Name Society and the Holy Rosary Society. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry A Busa Sr.; a daughter, Christine Sechelski; and a son, Henry Busa Jr. Survivors include two sons, Sam Busa and wife, Betty, of Anderson and Walter Busa and wife, Francell, of Navasota; a daughter, Cecilia Pasket and husband, Typhil, of Anderson; daughter-in-law, Gertrude Busa of Navasota; and 9 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
