Bio

Clayborn (Claiborne/Claybourn) Cash was a son of Warren Cash, a Revolutionary War soldier and later a Baptist minister and Susannah Baskett, daughter of a Baptist minister. Clayborn Cash was married to Elizabeth Straughan. The burial of Clayborn at what came to be called Holbert cemetery is supported by an account of his son, Lewis Lunceford Cash as reported at: https://familysearch.org/photos/artifacts/23019208
