Debbie Douthit Kinnaman WHEELER — Debbie Douthit Kinnaman, 62, died Monday, Dec. 12, 2016. Services will be at 2 p.m. today in First United Methodist Church in Wheeler with Pastor Jim Zenger and Brother Thomas Peppers officiating. Burial will follow in Wheeler Cemetery. Arrangements are by Peppers Family Funeral Home of Wheeler. Mrs. Kinnaman was born Sept. 19, 1954, in Shamrock to Kenneth Davis Douthit and Lou Dean Luttrell Douthit. She was a member of Briscoe Community Church. Survivors include her husband, Bob Kinnaman of Briscoe; three sons, Todd Kinnaman of Archer City, Joe Bob Kinnaman of Elk City, Okla., and Corey Kinnaman of Mobeetie; two daughters, Stacci Reis and Kirbie Barr, both of Mobeetie; 16 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
