Fred was the son of Frank Smith Robb and Jennie B. Perdue. His siblings were Paul, Myrtle and Dorothy. He was an Insurance Salesman and never married. Paternal grandparents were Fred Robb and Louise Carter. Maternal grandparents were Thomas A. Perdue and Sarah Caroline Seek.
