Bio
On the morning of Sunday, November 27, 2016 Lola Louise Embrey went to meet the Lord. She passed with her four children by her side. She looked forward to reuniting with her husband of 61 years, Tom Embrey; her parents, Shelby and Mildred Morgan; her brother, Cecil Morgan; and countless friends. Lola was known by many names, sister, daughter, wife, driver of the brown bumper bus, Skeeter and Mom. Lola is survived by her brother, Dean Morgan and his wife, Annie, of Broken Arrow OK; her son, Steve Embrey and his wife, Teresa, of Ocala FL; daughter, Sandy Khoeis and her husband, Hicham, of Newnan GA; son, Robert Embrey and his wife, Laura, of North Haledon NJ; and daughter, Tammy Judge and her husband, Jeff, of Shreveport LA. Lola is also survived by 10 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren. Services will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at the First Baptist Church of Dunnellon, 20831 Powell Rd, Dunnellon, FL 34431. The viewing will be at 10:00 with services beginning at 11:00. She will be laid to rest at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers please donate to Hospice of Marion County or the First Baptist Church of Dunnellon Building Fund.
