Edith Mary Balusek, 94, of Dallas, TX, passed away September 7, 2016 from natural causes. She was born in Granger, TX on January 11, 1922 to Joe and Bertha Machala. Edith lived her life as a loving wife and homemaker prior to her husband's passing, then a housekeeper for a family in Austin, TX. Her passion was cooking, baking and taking care of others. Edith was predeceased by her husband Joe Balusek and her brother, Joe Machala Jr. and her sister Georgia Massie. She is survived by her brothers: Louis Machala, Alfred Machala, and Edward Machala of Dallas, TX, her sister, Alice McDonald and friends and family that loved her.
