Bio

Lars Lewis Anderson Vinsand was born in Voss, Norway and came to the USA with his family in 1868. They settled in Badger, Iowa and, as a young man, he moved to Buffalo County, Wisconsin where he changed his name to Winsand. There, he was married and raised his family. He moved to Wyoming in the 1930's.
