Marriage record Lamar, Alabama has her marriage to J. W. Watford. 19 Dec 1892 Marriage record Gonzales, Texas her marriage to D. G. Irvin 25 June 1902. It shows Ellen Watford married D. G. Irvin. So he was her second marriage. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Obituary Gonzales Inquirer Apr. 10, 1953 Mrs. L. E. Irvin Rites Held at Floyd Chapel Last rites were held Thursday of last week for Mrs. L. E. Irvin, resident of the Pilgrim community who died at the Holmes Memorial hospital Wednesday morning at 7:30 o'clock. The services were conducted by the Rev. J. C. Harris, pastor of the Wrightsaboro Baptist church, from Floyds Chapel with burial following in the Floyd Chapel cemetery. Mrs. Irvin was born in Alabama in 1866, being the former Ellen Waford, moving to the Piligrim community many years ago where she lived with her husband and three sons. Her husband died in 1925. Survivors include the sons, Tabor and Bill of Pilgrim and Homer of Gonzales.
