Lambert"Rusty"Richard Belina, Jr May 29,1941-Oct 11,2016 Lambert"Rusty"Richard Belina,Jr. 75, of Hay Springs, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 11, at Pioneer Manor nursing home. He was born April 29, 1941 in rural Clarkson, NE to Lambert and Agnes (Sindelar) Belina. He grew up in eastern Nebraska and graduated from O'Neill St.Mary's High School. He earned his teaching degree from Chadron State College. He married Delilah Lloyd June 8, 1968. He taught in Hemingford, Sargent and the bulk of his career in Hay Springs. His life long interest was sports, coaching, competing and as a spectator. He became a marathon runner at the age of 58 and embraced it with a passion. He was preceded in death by both of his parents and his sister, Dorothy. Burial will be at the Hay Springs Catholic Cemetery.
