VANDERBILT - Anastazie Sembera, 93, of Vanderbilt, died Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2004. She was born Aug. 7, 1910, in Gonzales County. She was a homemaker and a member of St. John Bosco Catholic Church. Survivors, daughters, Gertrude Gwosdz of New Braunfels and Agnes Sembera of Vanderbilt; sister, Lillian Baylor of Beeville, brother, Rudy Fojtik of Beeville; nine grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. Prededed in death by: husband, Jim Sembera, daughter, Filomena Huble, and son, Eugene Sembera. A rosary will re recited 7 p.m. tonight at Slavik uneral Home chapel. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Theresa Catholic Church in LaSalle, the Rev. Johnson Owusua Boateng officiating. Burial will be at St. Theresa Cemetery.
