Belinda Olmsted, age 69, of Brookesmith, passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at her home. Belinda Lynn Pilkington was born on May 23, 1947 in Brownwood to Marcus and Betty (Bennett) Pilkington. She married Donald Olmsted. Belinda loved birds, flowers and nature, but most importantly she loved all of her children and her Lord. Belinda is survived by her children, Tammy Watkins of San Angelo, Wendy Newsom of Brookesmith, Larry Watkins and wife Jamie of Bangs, Cindy Knoll and husband Travis of Marble Falls and Lacy Cellebre and husband Anthony of Round Rock; her mother Betty Redwine; three brothers, two sisters, four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald in 1987; her father Marcus Pilkington and maternal grandmother, Eva Bennett.
