Bio
Ford Brannan, 82, of 755 Arbor Vista Drive, a retired construction superintendent, died of heart failure Friday at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center. Services are 2 p.m. Monday at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home with burial in Cedar Lawn Cemetery. Visitation is from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. today and after noon on Monday. Mr. Brannan, a George County native, had lived in Jackson for 53 years. He served as a deacon at Calvary Baptist Church. He was a member of the Pearl Masonic Lodge and Capitol Chapter No. 348, Order of Eastern Star. Survivors include: wife, Maude; son, Robert Ford Brannan of Jackson; daughter, Mary Hall Wilson of Jackson; and five grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
