In Memory of T. J. Crow Our hearts are made sad, We have lost a dear friend, Yes, God from Heaven His Angels did send. To bear his spirit To mansions above Where there is no death But all is love. He was a loving husband, A father so kind, Faithful to the Master, Who is ever divine. He fought the good fight Won that eventful day Now wears a crown of glory That fated not away. Surrounded by angels With song and with prayer And he ever has A dwelling place there. Then why mourn our loss While it is his gain His trials are ended And no more pain. Though he can never return From that beautiful land But we can go to him As our savior did plan. The Albany News, July 8, 1927
