Bio

Dan R. Buresh, age 57, of Ulysses, Nebraska, passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2016. Born July 30, 1959. Dan graduated from East Butler High School in 1977. He married Kristi Nichelson on June 7, 1985, in Seward, Nebraska. He enjoyed playing basketball and hunting. He was a farmer, and owned Buresh Detasseling and Dan's Auto Body. Survivors include: wife, Kristi; children, Dana Watkins and husband Daniel, Stacy Buresh and wife Aimee, Tyson Buresh and wife Lindsey, and Amber Buresh; two grandchildren, Quinn and Aspen Watkins; five sisters and two brothers. Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, September 2, 2016, at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Bee. Graveside service and interment in Valparaiso Cemetery in Valparaiso.
