Raymond T. Groninger, 78, funeral will be held Wednesday. He died Saturday at Omaha. He was born April 14, 1908 north of Battle Creek to Hiram and Ida (Low) Groninger. He married Marie Kohl on September 15, 1927 at Madison. He was survived by his wife, 3 sons: Norman of Littleton, Colorado; Elwyn and Donald of Norfolk; 4 daughters: Geraldine Herbolsheimer of Pierce; Beth Hongermeier of Battle Creek; Iva Brummond of Norfolk, Ellen Newman of Citrus Heights, California; 21 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 3 sisters: Mabelle Steffen, Ida Tiedgen both of Battle Creek, Winifred Miller of West Chester, Pennsylvania.
