Paper is unknown at this time Mrs. Phillip E. Byers Mrs. Dora M. Byers, 68, wife of Phillip E. Byers, died at the family home in Tionesta township on Saturday following a brief illness with pneumonia. Mrs. Byers was a daughter of Abraham and Elizabeth Mitchell Carbaugh and was born in Tidioute on November 13, 1888. The deceased is survived by her husband and four children: Mrs. Alice Mealy, Tionesta township; Mrs. Laura Smith, Clarendon; Alfred and Claude, at home. She also leaves seven grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and two brothers, William Carbaugh of Oil City and Charles Carbaugh of Newmansville. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 o'clock this afternoon in the Newmansville Free Methodist church with Rev. S. Stiner officiating. Interment will be in the Lutheran cemetery at Newmansville.
