L. C. "BILL" GRAHAM December 11, 1927 ~ August 18, 2016 L.C. "Bill" Graham, 88, of Vancouver, Washington, passed away August 18, 2016. He was born in Purvis, Mississippi to Lenard C. and Adella Graham. Bill served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He later worked as a merchandiser at Montgomery Wards in Portland, Oregon. Bill was a Boy Scout leader for many years and enjoyed gardening, woodworking, and camping. Survivors include his wife, Retha Fern Graham "Chris", of 69 years; son, Lenard C. (Joyce) Graham; grandchildren, Ryan Graham and Scott Graham of Vancouver, Washington, and Kristina Adams of Klamath Falls, Oregon; and great-grandchildren, Jacob Graham, Tyler and Jared Adams. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Chris Lavell Graham. A visitation was held at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Vancouver, Washington on Friday, August 26, 2016, followed by a graveside service.
