Joe Biffany Bonner, younger son of Jim Billie Bonner, Jr. and Nelma Jean Speed, was born December 3, 1956 in Fairfield, Freestone Co., Texas. Biff graduated from Fairfield High School and was a member of Ward Prairie Baptist Church. He was killed in an automobile accident on September 24, 1977.
