DALLAS MORNING NEWS, Published January 21, 2007 HENDRICKSON, AVERIL LUCILLE Averil Lucille Hendrickson, of Carrollton, passed away Friday, January 19, 2007, in Farmers Branch. She is survived by her son, Wylie Cathey of Dallas; three grandchildren, five great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Karen Marie Cathey. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 23, 2007, at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville.
