Reca Juanita Barker age 91 of Hillsboro passed away Monday morning at Highland District Hospital. She was born in Benham, KY on April 26, 1925 the daughter of the late W. Ray and Nell E. Robinette. Reca retired from Heartland Nursing Home where she worked as a nurse’s aide, she also attended the Freewill Baptist Church. She is survived by three children; one sister, of Virginia; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William Barker, on February 10, 1998, and two brothers, Teddy Ray and Clyde Robinette. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 17th, 2016 at the Resthaven Memory Gardens. There will be no visitation. Turner & Son Funeral Home is serving the family.
