Thomas 'Tom' Harold Titman Nov. 29, 1954 - Oct. 11, 2015 McCOOK, Neb. -- Thomas "Tom" Harold Titman, age 60, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 11, 2015, at Community Hospital of McCook. Tom was born on Nov. 29, 1954, in McCook to Glen LeRoy and Rita Rose (Kohmetscher) Titman. He graduated from Republican Valley High School in 1972. He married Sydney Smith in McCook. In his free time, he liked to play pool and cards; he enjoyed old western movies, baseball and was an avid Husker fan. Survivors include his sons, Brian Titman of McCook and Jacob Titman of North Platte; brothers, Jay Titman and wife, Theresa of Damascus, Virginia; sisters, Cecilia Koch and Barb Lepper, both of McCook and Charlene Titman of Indianola, Nebraska; grandchildren, Anthony, Natalie, Douglas, Bryson and Maddisyn. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Sydney (June 1996); brother, Joe Titman; and brother-in-law, Jerry Koch. Visitation will be Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2015, from 1 to 6 p.m. at Carpenter Breland Funeral Home in McCook with the Rosary to follow at 7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 15, 2015, at St. Catherine's Catholic Church in Indianola with Father Greg Pawloski as Celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Catherine's Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the charity of one's choice. Friends may send condolences online at www.carpenterbreland.com.
