Bio
Andy had a long and very productive life, leaving his unique mark on the landscape of this country. After a well decorated military career during WWII, he served 30 years as Chief Engineer for H.A. Lott, Inc. of Houston,TX. He worked on many revolutionary construction projects such as: The Tower of Americas. The Astrodome and The Summitt Stadium in Houston,TX. Andy's unique vision, personality and sense of humor touched people's hearts like no other. Andy was a deeply loved and respected family man. He married his soulmate, Nelda "Toni" Hacker December 12, 1950. Andy had a long and very productive life, leaving his unique mark on the landscape of this country. After a well decorated military career during World War II, he served 30 years as Chief Engineer for H.A. Lott, Inc. of Houston,TX. Andy's unique vision personality and sense of humor touched people's hearts like no other. He was preceded in death by his sons, Chester and Raul. He died at home surrounded by the love of his wife, his family and his friends.
