Bio

daughter of Sylvia Brown Kennedy and Reed Kennedy. She was united in marriage to Russell King on January 16, 1941 in Creston, Iowa. Russell departed this life in November, 1992. Velma later married Gerald Lorenz. Velma was preceded in death by her parents Reed and Sylvia Kennedy; daughter-in-law Jolene King; parents-in-law Roy and Opal King; brother Dennis Kennedy and wife Gwen; brothers-in-law Lyle Hogue, Glen King and Mary, Dennis King and Pat, John King and Marge.
