Bio
Joe Garcia, Jr. was born July 9, 1948 and passed away February 19, 2016. He served in the United States Army and was stationed in Thailand. Joe is a lifetime American Legionnaire. Joe is survived by his sons Joseph R. Garcia and his wife Andrea of Del Rio and Alexander Garcia of Del Rio; daughter Christina Martinez of San Antonio; brother John M. Garcia; sisters Mary Rita Gallegos and Maria Carmen Garcia Miranda; 6 grandchildren; and many other loving family members and friends. Visitation will be 4:00 - 8:00PM Wednesday, February 24, 2016, with a Rosary at 7:00 PM. His funeral service will be 11:30AM Thursday, February 25, 2016, at Jeter & Son Chapel followed by military honors and interment at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.
