Margie was born on May 19, 1929, in Celeste, Texas, to Leta Maggie Wilemon and Henry Arthur Williams. Margie grew up helping with the family's cotton farm alongside her siblings and starring on her high school basketball team. In 1947, Margie married Bobby Jack Manley, and together they had two children, Jack and Jeanie. Margie served alongside BJ pastoring churches in Center, DeLeon, and Whitehouse, in Texas. After the death of her husband in 1968, Margie was blessed to find love again with James L. "Bill" McQueen, whom she married in 1971. Through their union, she welcomed Loren and Marti, as her son and daughter. Margie served alongside Bill as he pastored in Lawton and Tulsa, Oklahoma. After retirement, she continued to serve her beloved Carbondale Assembly of God family for many years. Margie is survived by her children, Jeanie and her husband David Gooden, Marti and her husband Ed Smith, and Loren McQueen and his wife Karen; her daughter-in-law, Helen Manley; her grandchildren, Paula Manley, Steven Manley, Justine and her husband Mehrdad Morabbi, Colbi and her husband Corby Smithton, Shellea and husband John Ratcliffe, Amanda and her husband Philip Wilson, Colleen and her husband Stephen Stearns, Michael McQueen and his wife Felicia, Brooke and her husband Jonathan Garner, and Colin McQueen; her great-grandchildren, Jack, Ty, Sydney, Oliver, Mikayla, Lane, Lauren, Caitlyn, Caroline, William, Anna Claire, Jordan, Arrya, Declan, Tara, and Riona; her great-great grandchild, Beau; her brother, Jimmy Williams; and many more friends and loved ones. Margie was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Jack Manley; her husband, James L. McQueen; her son, Jack Manley; her siblings, Louise Estep, Neil Williams, Gerald Williams, and Doris Jackson; and her great granddaughter, Bryn. Throughout her life, Margie was known as a beloved friend, a steadfast prayer warrior, a wise mentor, a faithful shepherd, and a loving mother and grandmother. She loved to laugh, watch a good movie, cook a delicious meal, and find a great deal. Above all, she was a follower of Jesus. She loved and served His people, living a life that was led by the Spirit and governed by His Word. Her life was a living testimony of the goodness and faithfulness of the One she served.
