Funeral services for Ruby Lucina Colston Dukes, 91 of Malakoff, are scheduled for Tuesday July 26,2016 at 11:00 at First Baptist Church of Malakoff. Visitation will be Monday July 25th, 2016 from 5:30 – 7:30 at First Baptist Church of Malakoff under the direction of Carroll-Lehr Funeral Home. Ruby was born January 26, 1925 in Tahoka, Texas and went to be with the lord July 20th, 2016. Ruby was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Bessie Colston, her husband of 37 years J. Olin Dukes, son Richard Dukes, and her brother Charles Colston. She is survived by; Charles and wife Nanfei Dukes of Rockland, Maine, Rosemary and husband Mark Ferrell of Crossroads, Carolyn Reil of Lubbock, John and wife Sue of Aledo, Joan Vaughn and fiance’ Duane Snow of Malakoff, brother in law Jackie and wife Margaret Ewing of Athens, 15 Grandchildren 23 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews and lots of friends. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Malakoff. She retired from Citizens National Bank and Worked till May 2015 for Hearn surveying Associates. She loved spending time in her yard, playing 42, dancing and spending time with her family. She is loved by all and will be deeply missed. Pallbearers will be Dusty Vaughn, Cody Johnson, Jared Svoboda, Carey Peach, Stephen Taylor and Randall Reil.
