son of Alton Brooks Garner - Mary Nell Bryan Servcies for Robert Thomas Garner, 73, will be held at Eastside Church of Christ. Burial in Indian Gap Cemetery in Hamilton County under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home. Robert served in the Army Corp of Engineers during the Vietnam War before being honorably discharged in 1973. Robert Garner married Johnice Brannan in 1974 in Breckenridge. He moved to Graham in 1983 from Wichita Falls and worked for the Texas Department of Transportation as a civil engineer until 2001. Robert loved to tinker in his garage on various projects and to serve God, his family and his community. He was a member of Eastside Church of Christ and Rotary Club of Graham.
