Bio
Udene Mills Wallace, age 76, of Waxahachie, passed away peacefully on July 12, 2016. She was born June 14, 1940 in Eddy, TX and was a graduate of Bruceville-Eddy High School in 1958. She was married that same year to the love of her life, Gary Wallace. They moved to Waxahachie in 1963 and attended church at First Baptist Church. In addition to being a devoted wife, mother and grandmother (Gran), Udene spent the majority of her professional life as the receptionist at the Family Practice Association here in Waxahachie. Udene was preceded in death by her mother, Thelma Kincannon, her husband, Gary Wallace, and her son, Jeff Wallace. Udene is survived by 2 sons. She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday, July 15, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Wayne Boze Funeral Home, located at 1826 W. Highway 287 Business, Waxahachie, TX 75165. Funeral service will be Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 10:00 am at First Baptist Church, located at 315 N. Rogers St., Waxahachie, TX 75165. Interment to immediately follow at Waxahachie City Cemetery.
