Bio
David Lee Pustejovsky, 33, of Fort Worth passed away November 13. Rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Mount Olivet Chapel and funeral services were at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Mount Olivet Chapel. Burial was at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Fort Worth. He is survived by his wife, Janice; three daughters, Julie, Danielle and Denise Pustejovsky; one stepson, Jimmie Steagall; and one stepdaughter, Jamie Steagall, all of Fort Worth. Also his parent, Mr. and Mrs. John L. Pustejovsky of Arlington; two brothers, Richard W. and Johnny R. Pustejovsky, both of Mansfield; one sister, Mary A. Rhodes of Arlington; an several uncles and aunts from the West area. He was the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Otto Pustejovsky of Abbott and the late Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Cinek of West.
