Ann Bloxham of Ozark, Arkansas was born March 4, 1954 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Jack Elish and Martha Katherine (Sides) Black and passed away July 1, 2016 in Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 62. She is survived by: Four daughters:Gloria Williamson and husband Rob of Shady Point, Oklahoma, Cindi Mahan and husband James of Skiatook, Oklahoma, Jamie Ayala and husband Alonzo of Keota, Oklahoma, Katie Stamper and husband Tim of Stigler, Oklahoma, One son: J.R. Smith of the home, One sister: Jackie Fry and husband Jim of Spiro, Oklahoma, 13 grandchildren, Three great-grandchildren, Two sisters-in-law: Shirley Lowe and husband Eugene, Billie Parks and husband Donald, Three brothers-in-law, Ray Bloxham and wife Viki, Thomas Burns and wife Belinda Calvin Bloxham, Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and loved ones. Ann was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Bloxham; her son, Kedron Elish; and a niece, Whitney Bloxham. She was a retired teacher from Whitefield Public School and was a member of the Faith Missionary Baptist Church in Arkoma. Ann was a loving mother and grandmother who loved her family. She also enjoyed going to yard sales, collecting antiques, and animals. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Mallory-Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Spiro, Oklahoma with Brother Buel Lewallen and Bro John Caldwell officiating. Burial will follow in Spiro City Cemetery.
