Original creator of memorial listed she was the "Daughter of Frederic Williams and Sarah Annabelle Herod." ........... comment by an 'anonymous' contributor says "Frederick Jackson Williams cannot be Sarah's father. He was born in 1821 and she was born 5 years later in 1826. They are siblings." (this contributor did not reply and offered no documented source when asked)
