Wife of #1,Noble REEVES and #2,Thomas Bert MCDONALD.Dau. of Willis B. and Christina Nancy Tenitha ISHMAEL REEVES. Dearest Mary, she has left us; How we miss her none can tell, But we'll put our trust in Jesus, He who doeth all things well. It was He who called our mother, Called her to a peaceful rest, Where no pang of pain or sorrow Can our dearest one molest. But we miss her, sadly miss her She has gone she has gone before; But if we live and trust in Jesus We shall meet her on that happy shore Over there where all is gladness, Joy and peace forever more, Where they know no thought of sadness On that bright celestial shore. Yes, we'll bid farewell to Mary, For we know she's gone to rest. She was to us a lovely mother Now transplanted with the blest. Jesus called our dearest mother To a home that's far above; By and by we'll go and see her Where all is joy, and peace and love. Yes we'll meet beyond the river, On that happy golden shore; There we'll meet our dearest Mary. We will meet to part no more. - Poem that appeared in the paper with her obit.
