April 3, 2007 12:00 am Marilyn I. "Tiger Lily" Creech, 64, of Barkley Landing died Tuesday at Fort Sanders Hospital in Knoxville after an extended illness.She was a member of Central Baptist Church.Her family stated that she "went to be with the Lord and join the rest of some family members."She was the widow of Jerry Creech Sr. and preceded in death by her parents: Horace and Beulah Mayes; a son: Jerry Glen Creech Jr., a grandchild: Shanna Creech; and her brothers and sisters: Pearl Martin, James R. Mayes, Tiffus (Tip) Mayes, and J.C. Mayes.She is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law: Patsy and Terry Carr, and Angelia Smith; her grandchildren and their spouses: Brandon and Jill Noe, Casey and Jamie Brooks, Heather Smith, Jarrod Carr, Bridgett Carr, Michael Harrell, and Shanna Harrell; her great-grandchildren: Andrew Noe, Jacob Brooks and Levi Brooks; two sisters: Eva Inman and Onedia Stepp; several nieces and nephews; a special friend James Smith; and a host of other friends, including a special friend of the family: Bobby Good.The family will receive friends from 6-8 o'clock this evening in the chapel of Mayes Mortuary. The service will follow at 8 o'clock.The Rev. Jamie Brooks and the Rev. Junior Clonce will officiate.A graveside service will be conducted at 8 p.m. Friday in Hamblen Memory Gardens.
